Renfrew Properties

Mission:  To provide a spirit-filled environment in which ministry, fellowship, evangelism, discipleship, and worship can be fulfilled.

Approved Non-church related events include: Birthday Parties, Reunions, Anniversary Parties, Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Funerals, and other uses as deemed appropriate.

All events must be approved 3 weeks in advance by the church staff and/or Elder Body. You can do this by submitting the attached application to the church office. All special church-wide events take precedence when scheduling. Reservations are approved for active church members first; otherwise, all events will be scheduled on first-come, first-serve basis.

All events must be reserved and attended by a responsible party of 25 years of age or older. 

Please submit all applications 30 days prior to your event to the church office. The deposit or rental fee is due when application is submitted.

*Unscheduled activities for active members may be held at any time under the condition that the required day is available on the church calendar. Please check with the church office for availability.

All Renfrew Property rules and regulations must be followed at all times when engaging in the use of the Church Properties for any event. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations my result in the inability to use the Renfrew Church Property for any future events, as we as additional penalties as necessary

All Activity must be completed by 9 pm.

*Active Church Member defined:  A member of Renfrew Baptist Church for a minimum of 6 months who regularly attends Renfrew’s church services.

Property Rules

  1.  A Christ-like attitude is expected from all that enter Renfrew Baptist Church Properties.
  2. Modest dress is required. Shirts are required at all times and you must wear proper athletic gear when participating in sporting events.
  3. No alcoholic beverages, tobacco products of any kind, or illegal drugs will be allowed.
  4. No use of the facilities will be allowed for non-church events for one hour prior to or one hour after any regularly scheduled service.
  5. The attaching of things to the walls, columns, doors, or windows with tape, tacks, nails, or any other fastener is not allowed.
  6. No food or drink of any kind is allowed in the Sanctuary.
  7. If you bring any personal property to the church, it must be clearly marked with your identification information. The Church is not responsible for any personal items left on the property.
  8. Removal of any Renfrew Church Property will not be allowed with our expressed written consent.
  9. No profanity, abusive language, fighting, or horseplay will be tolerated.
  10. Do not dunk or hang on the rims of the basketball goals.
  11. Only authorized church members/staff may move the bleachers and make adjustments to the basketball goals.
  12. All events and clean-up must be concluded by 9:00 pm unless express permission is granted.
  13. All persons using these facilities will be expected to help keep them clean and I good condition. If you see anything wrong or broken, please report it to the staff, a Deacon, or a member of the congregation immediately.
  14. Any and all disputes will be heard and settled by the Deacon Body of Renfrew Baptist Church.  All decisions are final.

Rental Rates

Active Member:

Deposit: $150

$100 will be returned after a clean inspection is conducted. It will either be mailed back to you or you can schedule a time to pick it up at the front office.



Charge $300

All areas used must be cleaned when the event is over.


NOTICE:  Failure to clean may result in loss of opportunity to use the facility in the future!
